Proteus can provide a fully stocked and staffed food service and dining facility designed to accommodate as many people as necessary. Hot, tasty, freshly prepared nutritious meals served with a smile are supported with our market fresh salad and beverage bars. Meals may be provided 24/7 or can be scheduled as needed to suit night shift needs. Menus rotate on a two week schedule and are completely balanced with regard to nutrition and variety.
